Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (required; include a screenshot with your application)
  • School-based SLP or SLPA experience preferred
  • Ability to work on-site; this is not a remote position
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills in a school setting
  • Reliable transportation to and from assignment locations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and support to students in compliance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records according to district policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
  • Complete required district fingerprinting within three days of contract signing
