Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid North Carolina license in speech-language pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
  • Comfort delivering services in school-based settings
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in preschoolers
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
