Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); CFY considered
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, goal setting, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate mindset and dedication to student growth

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Write and maintain detailed progress notes, reports, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators and families to facilitate carryover of speech-language skills
• Stay current with best practices and district guidelines in speech-language pathology
