Job Description

Providing specialized support as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), this contract position is based in Richardson, Texas, serving K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and deliver high-quality services within a collaborative educational environment for the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address identified speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Supervise SLPAs in clinical tasks and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working within school settings
  • Ability to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
