Key Qualifications:
- Current MN Dept of Education SLP License (required)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Eligible for, or possession of, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting a diverse student population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy and intervention in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies for student success
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
