Job Description

Your background in pediatric speech-language pathology will empower you to assess, diagnose, and provide targeted interventions for students of varying ages and abilities. Youll play a key role in crafting personalized therapy plans, tracking progress, and celebrating each milestone alongside your students and their families.

What we're looking for:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within schools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

What you'll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals
  • Document ongoing progress and update IEPs as required
  • Contribute to the multidisciplinary team with professional insight and recommendations
  • Provide resources and support strategies for classroom staff and caregivers
