Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Ohio SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience or interest working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Willingness to work onsite, collaborating with school faculty and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply; supervision and mentorship provided

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and families to foster student success
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic care within the school system
  • Engage students with creative and evidence-based therapy approaches across age groups
