Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license required
- ESA State Certification required
- Previous experience with pediatrics or schools preferred, but enthusiastic CFs are welcome
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and evaluations to elementary and preschool students
- Develop and implement IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain complete and timely documentation in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
