Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Washington
- ESA Certification required
- Open to candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school environment and supporting students with developmental disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify and support students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the IEP team
- Regularly communicate with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and progress towards IEP goals
