This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding travel position within school settings. You will provide essential speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development and academic success in schools throughout the Reno, NV area.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Complying with state and federal regulations related to special education and speech therapy services
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
