Skills & Experience Sought:

• Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license to practice as an SLP (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children, including diverse backgrounds and needs
• Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Track and document student progress, regularly updating reports for parents and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommending next steps for services
• Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families on strategies for classroom and home environments
• Stay informed about the most effective, evidence-based practices in school speech-language therapy
