Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by stepping into a rewarding speech-language pathology contract role serving school-age learners. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year, offering 37.5 hours per week with a consistent weekday schedule. You'll work collaboratively with school teams to help students achieve their communication and educational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and educator certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseload sizes and ages
- Enthusiasm for working within a diverse educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in a variety of school settings
- Document progress and communicate outcomes to parents, teachers, and support personnel
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students academic participation and social-pragmatic development
- Adjust intervention approaches based on student needs and progress
