Qualifications:
- Missouri Speech Language Pathologist License (Active)
- School-based experience preferred, not required
- Strong motivation to support diverse student populations
- Teletherapy and healthcare SLP skills valued
- Open to new graduates and Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
- Consideration for SLPAs interested in this setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in early childhood through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in team meetings, with paid indirect time included
- Employ both in-person and teletherapy approaches as needed
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere for student learning
