A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a vibrant school setting near Redlands, CA, with travel to nearby communities including Beaumont, San Bernardino, Corona, and Rancho Cucamonga. This role covers the period from August through December, primarily filling maternity leave positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments, therapy, and support services.
- Manage caseloads in two configurations: Elementary level: Approximately 5355 students across two school sites, four days at one site, one day at another. High school level including eAcademy: Approximately 5965 students at a single site.
- Conduct Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in Intervention Support Team (IST) meetings.
- Work directly with students experiencing mild to severe speech and language disabilities.
- Deliver on-site services; virtual service provision is not part of this role.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory.
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in pediatric settings and schools is highly valued.
- Must be able to fulfill full-time hours (37.540 per week).
- Willingness to travel to assigned schools within the local region.
