This opportunity is for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in the Redlands, CA area. The position is full-time, offering 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week, with immediate start availability and contract duration spanning the current school year (CSY). The client is seeking an on-site presence to replace prior virtual services, delivering direct impact to students from PreK through 12th grade with mild to moderate disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complete speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credential.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with typical SLP duties including evaluations, IEPs, and both direct and indirect services.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload that will be provided with additional details soon.
Location & Schedule:
- Positions available in the Redlands area with related posts also applicable for Chino and Corona, CA.
- Full-time hours, 32.5 to 37.5 hours weekly, throughout the school year.
- On-site work is required.
