Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in the Redlands, CA area, primarily serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This on-site role is part of a school contract, looking to replace virtual SLP services with hands-on support. The position offers a rewarding chance to work directly within a school setting, supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide both direct and indirect speech therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Manage caseload efficiently with an emphasis on communication disorders common in pediatric populations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or California SLP license
  • Experience working across healthcare, pediatric, and school settings
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Skilled in delivering school-based speech therapy services aligned with education standards

Location: This position is based in the Redlands, CA area, with opportunities to serve nearby communities including Chino and Corona, CA.

Work Schedule:

  • Full time, 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week
  • Typical school hours, Monday through Friday
