What Youll Bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (Michigan) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Comfort working with elementary students, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability
What Youll Do:
- Manage an elementary caseload of approximately 25 students in an ASD educational setting
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite (no remote work)
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed records
- Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process
