Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Redding, CA | School-Based

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a passionate, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in the scenic Redding, CA area. We are looking for an exceptional therapist to support students for the upcoming school year (NSY) in a highly collaborative and supportive district.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday Friday (School hours)
  • Caseload: K12 options available (matched based on your preference and experience)
  • Acuteness: Mild to moderate student needs
  • Support: Strong, welcoming district support with a focus on collaborative student success

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Therapy: Provide high-quality direct speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and accurately complete IEP documentation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to implement effective treatment plans.
  • Compliance: Track and report student progress diligently while maintaining state and federal compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Licensure: Active California State SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Credentials: ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a major plus, but a passion for helping youth is required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
