Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings advantageous
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and documentation
- Flexibility to travel between 34 assigned school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of speech and language services, including evaluation, intervention, and therapy to students with diverse needs
- Manage and prioritize a caseload spanning Pre-K to 8th grade
- Develop IEPs, set measurable goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student development
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage in teletherapy, as needed, to support student access to services
