  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Comfortable managing a K-8th grade caseload

  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K8
  • Conduct assessments to determine therapy needs and eligibility
  • Develop, implement, and revise IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, staff consultations, and parent conferences as needed
  • Offer support for classroom strategies and accommodations to promote communication success
  • Stay current with best practices and state guidelines for school-based therapy
