What We're Looking For:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of California
• Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention strategies, and IEP development for K-8 populations
• Comfort with on-site therapy and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a K-8 caseload within a supportive school environment
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals
• Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation
• Participate in team meetings and staff development as appropriate
