Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for an ESY contract, serving students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. This role requires an onsite presence in Redding, CA, and is ideal for professionals holding a current California SLP license.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-8 students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and provide consultation regarding student needs and therapy strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location:

  • On-site position based in Redding, California.
