Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLP-CCC credentials, holding a valid state license
• Previous experience with pediatric and school populations required
• Strong knowledge of typical childhood language, articulation, and fluency disorders
• Demonstrated skills in speech, language, and swallowing assessments and treatments
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs for students ages PreK through 8th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within school settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expert insights and recommendations for student success
