An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with expertise in school-based settings. Starting in August and continuing through May, this full school year position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students from PreK through 8th grade. This role is designed for professionals eager to support childrens success by providing evidence-based speech and language services within an educational environment.

The schedule is full-time, ensuring consistency and depth in developing individualized treatment plans.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with PreK8th grade students, preferably in schools or pediatric healthcare
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various learning and communication styles
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
