Job Description

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) credentials
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in a school setting (or eligibility and willingness to quickly obtain)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in schools strongly preferred
  • Comfort managing an elementary school caseload, adapting services as needed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to onsite work for the full school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services exclusively onsite to elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with students IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
  • Collect and maintain data on student progress, preparing required reports and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
  • Serve as an approachable resource for students, families, and school staff
