Desired Qualifications:
- Active New York SLP license or eligibility required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Background in school-based settings or pediatric care strongly valued
- Experience with a range of speech/language needs across the elementary age group
- Comfortable with both traditional in-person therapy and teletherapy delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and consultative speech and language services for students ages 6-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain timely, accurate progress reporting and documentation
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Offer teletherapy services as needed, adapting to varied learning environments
- Support communication goals in both classroom and one-on-one therapy settings
