Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to tailor interventions to students of varying ages and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to optimize student outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and update goals as needed.
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding communication disorders and best practices.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state, federal, and district requirements.
