Job Description

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship candidates considered
  • Prior experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and the documentation required for educational settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students to identify needs and develop personalized intervention plans
  • Provide direct therapy and consultation for students (individually and in small groups) with a variety of communication challenges
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents to support student success and organize service schedules
  • Develop, document, and track progress toward IEP goals in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute professional insights for student care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices
