A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students in kindergarten through 6th grade within a school setting located in Lititz, PA. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology and contribute to student development in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-6 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology license
- Pennsylvania Educational Certificate for SLP
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners effectively
