Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
• Solid skills in assessment, intervention, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students referred for speech and language services, using standardized techniques and tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs targeting communication, speech, and language goals
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student achievement
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and families regarding communication strategies
• Stay current on best practices in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
