Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in school-based settings
- Strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention of speech and language disorders
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication skills with students, teachers, and families
- Flexibility in adapting interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
What Youll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grade levels
- Design and deliver targeted therapy sessions addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication concerns
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to ensure coordinated care and progress
- Monitor and document student progress, updating IEPs and reports in compliance with state and federal guideline
- Provide consultative support to classroom teachers to facilitate inclusive educational practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student needs and best-practice therapy approaches
