Job Description

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathologists in Wisconsin
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school setting
  • Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups according to IEP requirements
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students ages 3-21
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other related services staff to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain detailed records
  • Offer guidance and training for teachers and family members to facilitate carryover of skills
