Desired Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License is required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders commonly seen in preschool-aged children
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach to supporting each students growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite, adjusting techniques to meet each child's developmental needs
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress to families and educational teams
