Qualifications:
- Current MA SLP License required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes and supporting diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across K-8 grade levels
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
