Qualifications:

• Current MA SLP License required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across K-8 grade levels
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings onsite
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
