Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Skills in evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for supporting students educational and social-emotional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions for elementary caseload
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and achieve student goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for individualized student plans
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to practice
