Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
  • Skills in evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for supporting students educational and social-emotional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions for elementary caseload
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and achieve student goals
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for individualized student plans
