What You'll Bring:
- Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Prior experience supporting students in a school-based setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage with diverse student populations, K-12

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
- Document student progress, maintain records, and prepare required reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to optimize student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights on goals and progress
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language services within the school community
- Adapt approaches to meet the developmental and cultural needs of each student
