Desired Experience and Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid Washington state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare speech-language pathology preferred
- Skilled in delivering therapy both on-site and via teletherapy platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based intervention and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with diverse speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing both speech and language goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Deliver therapy sessions in person and, when appropriate, via teletherapy
- Stay informed on best practices and adapt interventions as needed throughout the school year
