Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Washington SLP license required
- Current ESA State Certification
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Competency working collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Comfortable supporting a single school campus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide dynamic speech and language therapy to elementary and preschool-aged children
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to deliver tailored services
- Keep comprehensive records and progress notes in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Engage in meetings to support students academic and social success
