Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates also considered
  • Prior experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students requiring SLP services
  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to IEP development
