Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Collaborative mindset for working closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions to students, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
