Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related paperwork
  • Experience working in a school setting is beneficial but not required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student achievement plans
  • Provide direct speech and language services to students across various grade levels
  • Educate families and staff on strategies to support communication development
