What Youll Need:
- Valid Maryland SLP license
- Experience or strong interest in high school caseloads
- Ability to work onsite during regular school hours (up to 35 hours per week)
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive education
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and staff
What Youll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with school protocols
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Partner with educators and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $62.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
