Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract role as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming academic year, serving students across multiple school locations near Princess Anne, MD. This onsite position offers a chance to work with K-12 learners, supporting their communication growth and collaborating within a dynamic educational setting. Starting in August 2026 and running through June 2027, you'll have a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, making a lasting impact throughout the school year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Maryland
  • Maryland teaching certification required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively onsite across multiple school campuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments to students in K-12 settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize student success
  • Maintain accurate progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
