Your Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); strong Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Recent school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student achievement
- Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions around student care
