Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration given to CFY candidates
  • Pediatric or school-based experience with IEP process understanding
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and rapport-building abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services in individual and small-group settings
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, tracking ongoing student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support generalization of skills within the classroom and home environments
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse needs
  • Assist with program planning and implementation across multiple grade levels as needed
