Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP License and ESA (required)
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently manage elementary and secondary caseloads (4245 students)
- Must provide copies of licensure and ESA upon application
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop IEPs and intervention plans
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
- Support student success through in-person assessment and intervention
