What youll need:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP
• Minimum of one years experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders as they relate to educational performance
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with children, staff, and families
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Experience with IEP (Individualized Education Program) process and documentation desired

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify needs and develop student-centered intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare thorough IEP documentation
• Monitor student progress and adapt therapy approaches as needed
• Provide consultation and training as a resource for educators and families
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
