A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school in Portsmouth, VA. This is a contract position for the entire school year, providing a rewarding chance to support student communication and language development.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Support the schools compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Preferred experience working in school settings
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed or in progress is beneficial
