Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state licensure for Oregon (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse learning environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency concerns
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
- Conduct speech and language screenings as indicated
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate speech goals within the educational setting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports according to district and state guidelines
