Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state licensure for Oregon (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse learning environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
  • Conduct speech and language screenings as indicated
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate speech goals within the educational setting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Maintain thorough records and progress reports according to district and state guidelines
