Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in public schools
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Compassion and patience when supporting diverse student populations
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings, develop personalized goals, and collaborate on educational plans
• Deliver therapy through both individual and group sessions
• Offer consultation and resources to teachers and parents for integrated support
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
• Support classroom teachers with strategies to facilitate speech and language development
