Preferred Background & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA CCCs highly desired
• CFY candidates are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship offered
• Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Comfortable supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy models as assigned
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
• Contribute to a positive learning environment across multiple school sites as an itinerant clinician
• Supervise or mentor as required (for qualifying candidates)
