This contract position is well-suited for professionals experienced in SLP roles within K-12 environments, including those with CCC, CFY credentials, pediatric focus, healthcare or school backgrounds, as well as those adept in teletherapy. Preferred Background & Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA CCCs highly desired
- CFY candidates are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship offered
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Comfortable supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy models as assigned
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
- Contribute to a positive learning environment across multiple school sites as an itinerant clinician
- Supervise or mentor as required (for qualifying candidates)
